Passengers are being advised that fewer services will continue running to and from London Euston this weekend while rail engineers complete urgent track repairs in Milton Keynes.

The special Railway 200 'Inspiration' train has arrived in the West Midlands, making its first stop ahead of a year-long tour of Britain.

Passengers travelling on the West Coast Main Line are being advised to check before they travel following a low-speed train derailment in Bletchley this afternoon.

Network Rail has awarded a second contract to Octavius within a month, this time to improve accessibility at Southend East station for c2c passengers.  

Network Rail will be carrying out drainage and track maintenance works between Barry and Bridgend from 10pm on Sunday 13 July to 5:10am on Saturday 19 July.
