Network Rail and train operators are warning rail passengers of disruption to services across the county due to heavy rain which has caused flooding on the railway.

Network Rail is recruiting for future rail leaders through its apprenticeship scheme. Applications are now open for a March 2020 start and will close when all places have been filled.

The rail industry came together yesterday (6 November) to commemorate the thousands of railway workers who lost their lives during World War 1.
