Network Rail statement in response to Passenger Rail Performance 2019-20 Q1
We welcome the move to a more accurate way of reporting performance information, which makes us more transparent and accountable to passengers and will continue to drive up reliability and punctuality. We are pleased that this first reporting of on-time measuring shows an improvement in performance, with more trains on time and fewer cancellations over the past few months.

- The work will protect this section of the railway line from landslips for 120 years
