International street artist Jimmy C has turned a wall near London Blackfriars station into a window to the London skyline.

A plaque in honour of Asquith Xavier, the pioneer for black equality who successfully broke the racist ‘colour bar’ at Euston station over 50 years ago, was unveiled in Chatham in Medway, on Thursday 24th September.

Network Rail has completed an £800,000 replacement of the footbridge at Westgate-on-Sea station with stepped access between the station’s two platforms over the tracks of the Chatham Main Line.
