Network Rail and The Lions Barber Collective have teamed up to help more men open up about their feelings this winter.

• Over 200 West Yorkshire school pupils have taken part in Leeds Station Safety Week
• Network Rail, British Transport Police, Northern and Leeds United Foundation ran sessions focusing on the dangers of trespass, as well as on-train and station safety
• A quarter of trespass incidents involve young people – pupils were reminded that trespassing on the railway can lead to serious and catastrophic consequences

 Network Rail has successfully completed tree and vegetation management work between Rogart and Lairg while protecting nearby nesting hen harriers.

Work on building new staircases, a footbridge extension and ticket gates for platforms three and four at Surbiton station in Surrey has begun.

Network Rail is set to begin a £700,000 bridge improvement project on Bell Street, in the east end of Glasgow.

An innovative and near maintenance-free footbridge has been installed in Bicester to make crossing the railway safer for pedestrians and cyclists in future.
