Residents of Bath are invited to a drop-in session this week to find out more about upcoming modernisation works at Bath Spa station as Network Rail continues to deliver its Railway Upgrade Plan.

The Conwy Valley line will remain closed until further notice, following investigations which revealed the full extent of the damage caused by a tree falling on the line during Storm Doris last week.

Arriva Trains Wales and Network Rail thank passengers for their patience during Storm Doris yesterday - which caused widespread disruption to much of the rail network.

Network Rail has joined forces with regional train companies Great Western Railway (GWR) and Heathrow Express, to create a new joint supervisory board to drive improvements, in the latest stage of the companies’  commitment to working closer together to improve passenger experience.  

Network Rail’s Western route is on the hunt for 43 new apprentices for its award-winning engineering apprenticeship scheme for September’s intake.

A romantic man who previously proposed to his wife at London Paddington station surprised her once again at the iconic station as she was serenaded off the train by a busker playing her favourite song.

Network Rail has commenced work on a £50m North Wales Railway Upgrade Project, which includes the installation of a new signalling system on the North Wales Coast from Shotton to Colwyn Bay.
