Public events to showcase latest plans to close or modify level crossings in Essex, Havering, Southend and Thurrock
People across Essex, Havering, Southend and Thurrock are being invited to a second round of consultation events next month to see Network Rail’s updated proposals to close or change the use of 61 level crossings across the region by altering the public Rights of Way network.
