Over £500k has been invested at Aldrington station to improve the platforms; resulting in safer and easier access for passengers to and from trains.

A 130-year-old bridge is about to be replaced by Network Rail as part of its programme of engineering works this August Bank Holiday, which will affect some journeys in Kent and South East London.

Network Rail is asking passengers and the community to help shape its proposals to remove the UK’s most operationally challenging railway junction as a public consultation on the scheme enters its final month.

Major repair and refurbishment work has been completed at Hurst Green station to upgrade and improve the platforms for passengers.
