Railway engineers are reaching the final phase of a major project to improve passenger journeys and safety for road users through Whaley Bridge in the High Peak.

Network Rail has completed its £4.7m improvement project to refurbish Clyde Viaduct between Rutherglen and Dalmarnock.

Rail customers in south London are set to experience a fully accessible Motspur Park station following confirmation of a £8.9m investment which will see new lifts and walkways installed amongst other upgrades.

Passengers are being advised to plan their travel during the Easter holiday as engineering work continues on Scotland’s Railway.

Wistow Road in Newton Harcourt is closing today (24 March 2023) from the junction with Kibworth Road. People are being asked to follow the signposted diversions for Station Road.
