The railway line between Harlech and Pwllheli will remain closed until the new bridge over the River Dwyryd opens in Spring 2014

Passengers planning to travel by rail on Monday 23 and Tuesday 24 December are being advised to check with their train operator before travelling, as gale-force winds and heavy rain will mean changes to some scheduled services.

Network Rail has completed a project to refurbish historic Hellifield station in the Yorkshire Dales.

Transport Minister Keith Brown officially opened Haymarket station’s new main building and concourse today (Thursday, December 19) as the £25m redevelopment of the facility nears completion.
