Passengers and residents in Whaley Bridge are being informed about work to upgrade two railway bridges this autumn.

Network Rail and Northern are advising passengers that use the Esk Valley Line to check before they travel from Saturday 19 September to Monday 28 September due to planned railway improvement works.
