Repairs planned to stabilise a railway cutting in Hove means some changes to train services in September
Vital work to stabilise a railway cutting in Hove and prevent delays caused by landslips will be taking place between Saturday 18 September 2021 and Friday 1 October 2021 (inclusive). While this work takes place, no trains can run on the route directly linking Brighton with Hove.

£11m railway upgrade means 9-day closure of the lines between Three Bridges, Brighton and Lewes in Sussex
The railway between Three Bridges, Brighton and Lewes will close for 9-days from Saturday 19 to Sunday 27 February 2022, to deliver track replacement work and build a new underpass.

Major repair and refurbishment work has been completed at Shoreham-by-Sea to upgrade and improve the station for passengers while helping the environment.

The £2.6m project to restore Balham station to its former glory has been completed, giving the iconic station a face-lift, fit for the 21st century
Network Rail have invested £2.6m to reduce the gap between trains and platforms at Balham station, improving safety and reducing delays. Platforms have also been refurbished with new surfaces, drainage and platform canopies repaired and repainted.
