London Bridge station named on shortlist for RIBA Stirling Prize 2019
London Bridge Station was today named in the shortlist for UK architecture’s most prestigious award, the RIBA Stirling Prize 2019.

Safety gates installed across South East to reduce trespass on the railway
Over 15,000 metres of new fencing and gates have been installed at nearly 300 stations across Kent, Sussex and south London as part of a £2.3 million project to stop people trespassing on the railway.

South East stations see biggest increase nationwide in passenger satisfaction
- Overall satisfaction at the route’s four managed stations – London Bridge, Victoria, Charing Cross and Cannon Street – is 85.5%
- Punctuality satisfaction increases 11% year-on-year according to passenger watchdog Transport Focus

Kent and South East London rail passengers advised to plan ahead over weekends in July and August
Services will be diverted to alternative London stations and buses will replace trains on some routes as Network Rail works to improve the railway as part of its £1.25bn Kent and South East London Railway Upgrade Plan
