A multi-million-pound transformation of Tring station in Hertfordshire is now complete making it more accessible for passengers.

The second phase of multi-million-pound work to secure land beside the West Coast main line in Stoke-on-Trent starts next month to make journeys for passengers and freight more reliable.

Motorists are being advised about changes to road closures for an essential upgrade to a railway bridge which crosses a dual carriageway in St Helens.

• Multiple railway upgrades are taking place through the ‘Coventry corridor’ between 29-31 August and on Sunday 6 September
• This means no direct trains between the West Midlands and London Euston
