East Midlands passengers are being urged to plan ahead, as reliability-boosting track renewal work in two tunnels means significant changes to services on the Midland Main Line and Derwent Valley line, from Saturday 27 May to Monday 11 June.

Network Rail engineers will be renewing track between Doncaster and Cleethorpes to boost reliability and reduce disruption. 

Yesterday (Monday, 17 April), colleagues from Network Rail and DB Cargo UK handed over a cheque for £200,000 to Martin House Children’s Hospice.
