Network Rail has completed essential upgrades to the railway between Euston, the Midlands and North West over the August bank holiday.

Works advance in preparation for the A9 Dualling: Tomatin to Moy project

Work is underway at Lynebeg in the Scottish Highlands as Network Rail engineers prepare for the reconstruction of the rail bridge near Moy as part of advance works for the A9 Dualling: Tomatin to Moy project.

Network Rail has successfully completed a key milestone in the development of the new railway station for Soham which will pave the way for trains to start to call at the station from December 2021. 

As work continues to create the £20m Reston station, John Lamont, Member of Parliament (MP) for Berwickshire, Roxburgh and Selkirk visited site to see first-hand the progress that has been made.
