Passengers are set to benefit from improved accessibility and a better experience at Peckham Rye with Network Rail receiving formal Planning Consent for its proposals for a complete transformation bringing the historic, listed Victorian station building into the 21st century.

Network Rail and Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR), which operates Thameslink and Great Northern trains, have today (Monday 11 December) opened a new footbridge at Royston railway station.

Network Rail’s railway land is home to a variety of plant and animal species, few of which are as cute as these dormice.
