SERIOUS INCIDENT, OXSHOTT SURREY

At around 1530 at Oxshott in Surrey, the 1505 Guildford to London Waterloo service operated by South West Trains, was halted when a cement mixer lorry came off an overbridge (Warren Lane).

The vehicle landed on some of the train's coaches of an eight-coach unit. So far, there are no reports of fatalities though it is believed there are several people injured. Network Rail personnel are on site and will be working with all emergency services.
