Date:               Friday 23 September Time:              11:30am There will also be a short presentation on the project at 10:30am for the media, along with the chance to speak to the project team Location:        Network Rail Site Office, Oakwood Road, Port Talbot, SA12 1SA Journalists and photographers are invited to attend the launch of a £400 million programme to renew signalling across South Wales over the next decade. The Welsh Assembly Government Minister for Economic Development and Transport, Andrew Davies, will be joining Network Rail to officially launch the programme.  Lunch will be available, followed by the opportunity to speak to members of the project team about the scheme. The programme, managed directly by Network Rail, commences this month with the £60 million Port Talbot East Resignalling Project – a 22-mile stretch of line running from Llantrisant to Baglan.
