NETWORK RAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD CEREMONY

On Thursday 29 April Network Rail will hold its second annual customer first awards to recognise outstanding achievements in customer service at its seventeen managed stations. Awards will be presented by a variety of industry leaders including Ian Johnston, Chief Constable of the BTP, Steward Francis, Chairman of the Rail Passengers Council and Iain Coucher, Deputy Chief Executive, Network Rail. The ceremony will take place on 29 April 2004 at Regents College, London between 7.30 and 9pm. Guests should arrive at 7.00pm and there will be the opportunity for photographs and interviews.
