A Network Rail signaller who provides help and support to homeless people in Blackpool has won another award for his kindness.

Football fans, revellers and Christmas shoppers in the Midlands are being warned of busier-than-usual trains this Saturday.

Network Rail and East Midlands Railway are urging passengers to check before travelling over the festive period as there will be eight days of changes to services in the region.
