The 'birdcage' bridge at Rugby is lifted out by a 1200 tonne crane on Christmas Day 2006. The bridge, built in 1898 and disused since the 1960’s was in a poor condition and need to be removed before it presented a risk to passengers using the West Coast Main Line underneath

Refurbished councourse

Archive photos of the Handyside Bridge at King's Cross station, made famous in the Harry Potter films.  The bridge has been donated to the Mid-Hants Railway following its removal from King's Cross as part of the £500m redevelopment
