The second bridge deck on Old Lodge Lane bridge was completely replaced over Christmas. The first bridge deck had already been replaced over 3-4 December 2016.

A huge signal gantry, which was used to control trains running in and out of London Bridge, is removed by crane over Christmas
Engineers then installed a temporary cover over the holes in platforms 1 and 2, and platforms 3 and 4 to keep passengers safe before the entrances are fully opened
