Start of work at Dartford

Gareth Johnson, MP for Dartford, removes the first piece of turf to mark the start of a major upgrade of Dartford station.  Mr Johnson was joined by leader of Dartford Borough Council Councillor Jeremy Kite, and representatives from Network Rail, Southeastern and Osborne.
