Chiltern Railways and Network Rail open new rail line connecting Oxford and London - 1
Martin Frobisher from Network Rail and Rob Brighouse of Chiltern Railways officially open Oxford Parkway station. Chiltern Railways launches its new services into London Marylebone, connecting Oxford with the capital, following a unique £320m investment by the franchise operator and Network Rail.
