PHOTOCALL: NEW INFORMATION SCREENS AT STOCKPORT STATION

Stockport station is the latest in a list of 24 stations on the West Coast Main Line owned by Network Rail and managed daily by Virgin Tains to get new customer information screens as part of a £6.6 million project. Each platform has two 'next train departure' screens. There are also screens on each platform listing the next 10 train departures. These screens are replicated in the waiting rooms. In the ticket foyer there are two screens listing up to 10 arrivals or departures per screen. There are also screens listing the destination and calling points of the next five departures. There are also arrival and departure screens at the Edgeley entrance to the station.
