MEDIA OPPORTUNITY - RIBBLEHEAD VIADUCT WALK

Date: Sunday 22 July 2007 Time: 9.15 am Event: Radio presenter Mike Harding officially starts a day of public walks across Ribblehead Viaduct Location: Meet at the old station master's house, Ribblehead station Contact: Network Rail Media Relations, 0161 880 3142. Please note that this is the new telephone number for Network Rail's North West press office from Monday 16 July 2007. Mike Harding and other invited guests offcially start a day that will see 2,000 members of the public walk across Ribblehead Viaduct. Following the opening, you will have the opportunity to walk across the viaduct with Mike and other invited guests prior to the first public walk at 10 am. To help manage numbers it would be appreciated if you would email me keith.lumley@networkrail.co.uk to let me know whether you are able to attend. You are advised to wear stout footwear and bring waterproofs!
