Coventry youngsters warned, stay off the tracks this half term
Network Rail and British Transport Police are warning youngsters, and their parents, in the Coventry area about the dangers of trespassing on the railway ahead of the Bank Holiday and spring half term.

New footbridge in Stroud will make crossing safer
Network Rail is improving safety for pedestrians in Stroud by installing a new railway footbridge to replace two footpath crossings at Beards Lane and Downfield Road.

Update on rail repair – Hatfield & Stainforth – 17 May 2013
Engineers have this week started to remove spoil from the rail line damaged by a spoil heap slip at Hatfield colliery in February. Extensive, careful removal of material from the rest of the spoil heap means that it is now stable enough for engineers to work safely on the spoil which is on the rail bed.

Leeds station to become art gallery as it hosts national photography exhibition
Leeds is one of five of the country’s biggest and busiest railway stations whcih will become art galleries this summer, hosting a special exhibition showcasing stunning images from the Take-a-view Landscape Photographer of the Year competition. Visitors will also have the opportunity to get expert advice from celebrated landscape photographer and founder of the competition, Charlie Waite. Leeds' exhibition will launch on Sunday 16 June

First major changes for passengers as London Bridge redevelopment gathers pace
